George West, 53, of Huntington, West Virgina, was sentenced, on May 28, 2024, to two years in prison, to be followed by one year of supervised release, and ordered to pay $14,456.45 in restitution and forfeit $14,456.45 for aggravated identity theft. West was also the former manager of the Quarrier Diner in Charleston, West Virginia.
