A man and woman have been sentenced to prison on manslaughter charges in connection to the death of a Windsor Locks man several years ago. Police said.
Quahzier Bouie was charged in connection to the death of his then-girlfriend’s father, Michael Keene, 51, in Nov. 2018. Keene was found by relatives in a storage bin behind the couch of his mother’s condo in Windsor Locks on Nov. 27, 2018.
