6月30日盘后，天齐锂业发布《关于全资子公司增资扩股暨引入战略投资者交易的实施进展公告》称，截至2021年6月30日，IGO的子公司投资者已根据TLEA的支付指令向TLEA及公司海外子公司等相关银行账户支付了本次增资TLEA的资金合计13.95亿美元(含此前支付的7000万美元交易保证金)。
公告显示，2021年6月30日，公司与IGO完成了作为《投资协议》附件文件的《股东协议》(具体内容详见公司于2020年12月9日披露的《关于公司全资子公司增资扩股暨引入战略投资者的公告》等文件的签署。
根据《投资协议》第八条的约定，最终交易价格将通过锁箱机制调整，协议生效之日起至交割完成期间，经交易双方允许的标的公司价值减损中应由投资者享有的部分，应从交易价格中扣减；经交易双方允许的天齐锂业对标的公司出资中应由投资者承担的部分，�
