A collection of sex offenders, drug dealers and thieves have been jailed for crimes across Preston, Chorley, Blackpool, Burnley, Blackburn, Darwen and Pendle. Here are the most serious offenders. This is not a list of all offenders jailed, but of those who have committed serious offences when Lancashire Police have deemed it worthy to release their custody photographs to the public. 1. Van Dang, Ho Qa Dong and Cam Thi Ho Three members of a family who conspired to set up cannabis farms in houses across the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands were jailed earlier this month. They all pleaded guilty to conspiracy to produce cannabis. Van Dang, Ho Qa Dong and Cam Thi Ho were sent to prison for four-and-a-half years, 27 months and three years respectively.

Cannabis family jailed after police swoop on homes in Lancashire

Van Dang was jailed for four years. Their arrests came on the back of police officers executing search warrants on houses and nail bars in Blackburn, Darwen and Bolton. Van Dang, 49, of Harwood Street, Darwen; Ho Qa Dong, 25, of Sunnymere Drive, Darwen; and Cam Thi Ho, 30, of Sunnymere Drive, Darwen; all pleaded guilty to conspiracy to produce cannabis when they appeared at Preston Crown Court. They were sent to prison for four-and-a-half years, 27 months and three years respectively. Thi Ho, 35, of Harwood Street, Darwen also pleaded guilty and was given a 10 months jail term, suspended for 12 months, with a three-month curfew.

JAILED: Family made thousands from cannabis farm network

Drug Conspiracy A FAMILY who operated a network of cannabis farms in houses across the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands have been jailed. Lin Van Dang, Cam Thi Ho, Ho Qa Dong and Thi Nguyet Nga Ho appeared at Preston Crown Court this morning to be sentenced for their respective roles in a large-scale cannabis conspiracy. Their arrests came off the back of officers raiding houses and nail bars in Blackburn, Darwen and Bolton in 2019. As part of the investigation, cannabis plants were found in several addresses including in a house on Market Street in Tottington. In October of that year, officers went to a house in Dormer Street, Bolton, and in a locked bedroom found a notebook containing detailed cannabis grow lists, written in Vietnamese, and paperwork linking that property to the Darwen home of defendants Van Dang and Thi Ho and defendant Ho Qa Dong.
