Sabah’s first Chinese female film director Michelle Xin won the 2022 & 2023 Asia-Pacific Top Outstanding Female Entrepreneur award at the 19th Asia Pacific Entrepreneurs Nobel Records and the Asia Pacific Book of the Top 2022 event held at the Putrajaya Marriott Hotel on Sunday
