The Porsche driver accused of taunting a dying cop after a horrific crash that killed four officers had been rejected from every mental health facility in Victoria before his dramatic meltdown.
Richard Pusey was taken to hospital on Monday after a bizarre rooftop stand-off with police which saw him allegedly place a noose around a relative’s neck.
The 42-year old has been widely condemned since April when Senior Constable Kevin King, Constable Glen Humphris, Leading Senior Constable Lynette Taylor and and Constable Josh Prestney all died in a horrific crash after pulling over the speeding Pusey.
