BACOLOD CITY A former drug offender, who was released from jail a month ago, was arrested again in a buy-bust operation at Purok Litub, Barangay Singcang-Airport here on Thursday, Jan. 12.
Police seized 26 grams of shabu worth P176,800 from Willyzer Colanggo, 34, of Barangay Singcang-Airport.
