been, john kirby talked about this with reporters yesterday. listen. they are using them appropriately, they are using them effectively and they are having an impact on russia s defensive formations and russia s defensive maneuvering. i think that i can leave it at that. one of the other interesting points that john kirby made when he was speaking with reporters is he said that the u.s. is concerned about russia targeting civilian ships carrying grain or going to port to collect grain. the russians have already said that civilian ships headed into port are fair game because they could be carrying weapons. kirby is now concerned and the cia director made similar comments yesterday that the russians may strike civilian ships going into port and blamed ukrainians warning of a potential false flag operations. russians called it pure

Communions: Things are slowly disintegrating. It’s hard not be at least a little dystopian.
Communions are grappling with an existential crisis. The result? Their most accomplished work to date. We spoke to the Copenhagen indie band about the conception of their latest album, Pure Fabrication.

Communions are grappling with an existential crisis. Given their boyish good looks and penchant for grandiose pop hooks, however, you might not realise it at first glance.
Their glossy indie pop harks back to the era where gloomy British indie and Britpop bands were ever-present in the mainstream charts, but bubbling beneath the surface is the same grit, cynicism, and paranoia present during the band s beginnings as part of the Copenhagen s Mayhem scene which also spawned the likes of Iceage. Navigating a world they perceive to be crumbling around them and ignoring falsehoods of freedom, their new album

Communions return with new single Cupid .
The band s second album Pure Fabrication arrives next month - April 23rd, in fact - through Copenhagen independent powerhouse Tambourhinoceros.
The record passes through different phases of love, with Cupid showing their most innocent side.
It s all set against those slashing guitar riffs, however, so redolent of long hours spent absorbing early 90s alt rock and re-wiring a Big Fuzz pedal.
Lead singer and guitarist Martin Rehof comments.
âThe albumâs preoccupation with change and instability, a red thread thatâs established on âBird Of Passageâ, is mirrored in the progression of the songs themselves, as themes shapeshift and take on new points of departure from one story to the next. For instance, the romantic notion of love on âCupidâ morphs into a skewed, addictive and possessive kind of love on âSplendourâ.â
Communions have shared new single Bird Of Passage .
The sibling project are prepping their new album, with incoming album Pure Fabrication set to be released shortly on Copenhagen imprint Tambourhinoceros.
New single Bird Of Passage continues their evolution, with light and shade rushing through their post-punk leanings.
Mads and Martin Rehof push the song to another level, and Bird Of Passage is the key to their upcomong album.
““Bird of Passage” works like the chorus for the entire record,” reflects Martin. “It centres around the idea that people constantly transform and reinterpret the past in new ways by constructing narratives around themselves. It s about the kind of identity crisis that emerges as a natural consequence of life’s variability; of the fact that one’s self is constantly changing, never the same from one day to the next.”
