I think whats important is to recognize the priority of the initiatives that have been historically prioritized by this body. Were going to work with you to ensure those priorities are addressed in whatever form it takes. Under the great lakes legacy act, will the cleanup continue in. I think from a state perspective, we have talked to many of the governors that are impacted by these issues.
