With the current high-interest rates and unpredictable economic situation (just look what happened to Credit Suisse), it makes it even more crucial for those who are shopping around for a new home to pick the right one. This week, we've gone around and highlighted the main features of upcoming new launches, so you have a quick snapshot of what you're.
People move to a new home for all sorts of reasons: work, being close to parents, right-sizing, etc. But this week we spoke to BC, a young single who recently sold his one-bedder and bought another, older resale unit. His reason? Eng’s Wanton Mee, among others. Here’s a home buyer’s journey from a man who really loves his food: BC.
Whether you're a homeowner or a landlord, having an MRT station nearby is still a major draw; and given the fewer launches in 2023 (compared to 2020/21), it's important to be a bit more picky. There's also just the "small" matter of the very high COE rates right now, and it may just be the kicker to stop relying on.
Nothing very out of the ordinary.
So I went for the more interesting sounding Yubari Rock Melon with a delightful fruity sweetness, though I wished it was either creamier or more
‘sorbet-y’ while this was somewhere in middle.
The Pistachio ice cream could have been less sweet (maybe 20% at least) for the natural nuttiness to be more pronounced – this is what people like about Pistachio ice cream I would assume.
Similarly, the Hojicha ice cream could do with less sweetness, to better bring out the roasted tea flavour. Also this was not entirely smooth-creamy, as there were some ice bits I tasted in between.

Overall rating A new launch with a gorgeous, modern architecture in D15. Amber Park's modern design certainly draws attention to itself. Its 600m rooftop jogging track is also advantageous for those who want amazing views, but aren't willing to pay for it. However, it does lack a tennis court in an area where developments of this size has.
