Six people including SPPU professor Dr Pravin Dattatraya Bhole were earlier arrested over the play which allegedly had a male actor playing Sita smoking on stage.
Based on a complaint lodged by ABVP s Harshvardhan Harpude, a case was registered under section 295 (A) and other relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code.
