The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has said the city and its surrounding regions will see similar rain and a thunderstorm on Tuesday too, after which the skies are expected to clear.
Hailstorms were reported in Moshi, Alandi, Kothrud, Shri Ram Colony, Baner, and Bavdhan, with bystanders noting that Thursday's hailstorm was perhaps the longest duration of hail experienced.
