Seeking his custody, the NIA argued that he had been involved in terrorist activities since April 2022. The NIA further argued that during their probe, they found that Nachan was in contact with the other accused arrested in the case.
The court had on Friday sent the duo to NIA custody till July 31 after the probe agency said that they had provided "fund and shelter" to two other accused, who were arrested by the Pune unit of Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) in another case.
