By noon it was two-way. “The decision to make Pulaski's one-way streets two-way was made with the goal of opening up additional opportunities for business growth in our downtown,” said Darlene Burcham, town manager. “Take time in your travels on 3rd Street to see the possibilities for future investment in this part of our community.”
Several groups in Pulaski County are hosting a Juneteenth celebration this Sunday. The Juneteenth event is sponsored by the Wilderness Road Regional Museum, the Pulaski County Library System and the Calfee Community & Cultural Center, a group that’s working to turn a historically Black school into a community center.
