RUA Life Sciences PLC - Ayrshire, Scotland-based medical device business - Appoints Chief Operating Officer Caroline Stretton to its board. Stretton was appointed as the company s chief operating officer in April 2020 following the acquisition of RUA Medical Devices Ltd and now joins the RUA Life Sciences board with immediate effect. Also appoints Ian Ardill as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Ardill is currently manag
