It was the first and only comprehensive investigation of secret intelligence activities within the United States. Investigators are serging a home of a gunman, and questioning his wife. As we learn he was in the process of being diagnosed with post Traumatic Stress disorder. The soldier saw psychiatrists last month, but didnt show signs of being a threat to anyone. Now the gunman killed three people before taking his own life. 16 oh people were also wounded. Injuriesthose injuries are in Critical Condition, but they are expected to survive. Heidi joe castro joins us now, heidi, what do we expect to hear from authorities at todays news conference. I will take any bet as long as the odds seem fair. Supposedly more than 100 million americans filled out march madness brackets. Totaling about 12 elion, thats more than the super bowl. And according to our new reading of federal and state law, betting on those brackets is illegal. It is illegal in nevada and montana because of an old law and a smalltime pool among friends that are allowed in vermont and connecticut. Otherwise betting on march madness is a we illegal. So why even have a . Because it makes some people feel good . Should betting on sports be allowed . Never. It encourages people to spend money. I hope satisfied with the response so far. Until this is done and until we recover. My wife and i talked about it last night. I know the death is up a little bit. All the people who were scared to death, especially if you went through it last time, its got to be incredibly intimidating. Before the storm made landfall, i approved that declaration of disaster, disaster declaration knowing full well the catastrophic effects, how catastrophic they can be. You and i talked about it. I asked the administrator to go down herself and assess the situation, take sure the people of puerto rico have everything they can possibly need that we can provide to help them to get through this. Personnel are now their including search and rescue teams. I especially want to thank the local first responders. I want to thank them, including the Puerto Rican National guard working aroundtheclock. Disasters are dramatic, but its also traumatic for responders.
