Someone noticed the parttime bomb in the bushes outside Pleasant Hill elementary. It looked like it was lit, but did not go off. It didnt detonate. Reporter the discovery came three days after a group of five area teenagers were detained, accused of setting off a mailbox bomb on friday night and planning another at a nearby high school.
