DOUGLAS, Ariz. (AP) Authorities on Thursday released the name of a migrant who died from multiple gunshot wounds after reportedly being shot by a Border Patrol agent in southern Arizona. The Cochise County Sheriff’s Office, which is solely conducting the criminal investigation of the fatal shooting, said the man killed was 32-year-old Carmelo Cruz-Marcos from Puebla Mexico and the Mexican Consulate has been was advised.
