contradictory and at some point they re going to need to be harmonized. the question is will the courts force them to do it? and i think that s what thomas was suggesting. or the smarter thing, the more rational thing would be for congress to do it, but congress doesn t appear to be in any hurry to do it. they re not working as well together these days. we ll leave that one alone. moving on to topic number two, chris christie is the latest one-time donald trump supporter who has now got a publishing deal and a new book coming out and saying there was a lot of bad lying that happened here some of which christy p pushed and he is now going to save the republican party. this is the quest that the republican party is on now, how to define itself in the post-trump era. the question is how far can you get away from donald trump and still appeal to a party that loves him. the candidates are defining

said she didn t realize she would be treated as a puppet by powerful men colluding to achieve their only political and financial ends, and it is different than some of the other suits, because we re learning from her suit in the allegation, which i know are disputed, the allegation that the national enquirer and these other publications were basically in cohort or in concert with michael cohen, trump s long time lawyer, tricked her into thinking she was going to be signing a publishing deal. what s so important about this story, not just that it s another voice, not just that it s another lawsuit, not that it s another credible person when it comes to trump and his relationships with women. he even bragged about their response, that it worked, that voters didn t care, that they will elect donald trump anyway.
