protecting. emmitt flood is not charged with he s a government employee. he s a public serve anlt. he s in charge of protecting the white house. giuliani is a personal attorney to donald trump and in some cases private citizen mr. trump and, you know, it spills over into president trump. but they re just playing different games. danny, also this morning on meet the press, giuliani said that there are new conditions that he is setting for an interview with mueller. he is setting conditions for mueller. i think this is a bluff. i think giuliani is trying anything he can to get any information from a u.s. attorney like robert mueller. but he should know that u.s. attorneys are not going to willy-nilly hand out information prior to an indictment before they have an obligation to do so. the reason i think this is a bluff is because even if he got that information, he would find a reason not to sit down trump for an interview.
