Police: Two destroyed gambling machine, took $11K at Bensalem Sunoco

The department received tips which led investigators to identify Williams as the lookout, during the robbery, court documents allege.  Bensalem Deputy Director of Public Safety William McVey said Wednesday that no one else has been identified in the incident. Williams is charged with robbery, theft, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit those offenses, which are felonies, as well as a misdemeanor offense of possessing an instrument of crime. As of Wednesday he remained in Bucks County Prison in lieu of 10% of $200,000 bail. Court documents state Williams and another man went to the Sunoco at about 9:20 p.m. The other man brought a sledgehammer and destroyed the gambling machine while Williams stood in the doorway and acted as lookout, according to police allegations.
