The Lawyer representing a 31-year-old Cemetery Hill woman charged in connection with last Monday’s fire in the village of New Hampshire, St Georges that gutted a dwelling house, returns to court today (Friday, May 7th) in search of bail.
The Accused woman, Myanna Mitchell who appeared before Magistrate Taheria Gellineau last Friday at the St Georges number two Magistrate Court on two criminal charges namely Arson and Attempt to Commit Capital Murder, had her application for bail deferred to today’s date after Prosecution vehemently objected to a request put forward on her behalf by Defense Lawyer Derrick Sylvester.
