Parliament's section 194 inquiry committee has amended procedures after another delay, which suspended public protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane blames on her office.
The Public Protector's office will avail an additional R4m to fund the suspended head of the institution Adv Busisiwe Mkhwebane’s legal representation in parliament’s Section 194 inquiry.
The public protector SA (PPSA) on Thursday announced it had taken a decision to withdraw the institution's participation in all pending litigation instituted by suspended public protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane in the name of the institution.
