OMAHA, Neb. – The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Omaha Division will join with communities across the nation in kicking off Red Ribbon Week, the nation’s oldest and largest drug misuse prevention awareness program, on Sunday, October 23.
During the first six months of 2022, DEA investigators seized 151,500 pills in Nebraska, marking an 83% increase over the 82,775 pills seized in all of 2021.
