(West Fargo, ND) Cass County is inching closer to its sandbag goal this flood season. County leaders tell WDAY Radio that 141,000 sandbags have been filled as of Friday morning. A total of over 1500 volunteers have given nearly 3000 hours to fill the sandbags over the past three days. However, volunteers are still needed for Friday in the below shifts: Friday, April 14th:
