A 59-year-old man was sentenced to 17 months in prison for attempting to rob a bank late last year.
State Attorney s Office prosecutors and the Public Defender s Office agreed on a plea deal for Clark Woodrow Pro.
If Pro had gone to trial and was found guilty of the second-degree felony, he could ve received up to 15 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
With the plea deal, Pro was adjudicated guilty by Circuit Judge Gary Sanders. Appearing from the Marion County Jail via Zoom, Pro has 121 days of credit time served, according to lawyers. Pro must pay a fine and court costs.
