CSC’s decision encourages other govt agencies KUWAIT CITY, June 27, (Agencies): The Communications Authority is following in the footsteps of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) to cancel all work exemptions and continue with the fingerprint attendance system, reports Al-Rai daily. The CSC decision to resume work using the fingerprint attendance system has encouraged other government agencies to take similar steps, as the Communication & Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA) followed in the CSC footsteps, announcing the resumption of fingerprint attendance, as of July 25 next.
