有些人对“非法侵入住宅”不以为意，殊不知我国《宪法》第三十九条明确规定，中华人民共和国公民的住宅不受侵犯。禁止非法搜查或非法侵入公民的住宅。这一规定是《刑法》第二百四十五条之规定的宪法渊源。
未经住宅主人同意，非法进入他人住宅，或者经住宅主人要求其退出仍拒不退出，妨害他人正常生活和居住安全的都是非法侵入住宅的表现。同时，要提高安全意识，注意保管好钥匙、房卡等物品，不要给犯罪分子可乘之机。
