DEPARTMENT of Trade and Industry (DTI) Secretary Alfredo Pascual ordered a price freeze for basic necessities within Albay on Friday.Pascual also warned business establishments to comply following the declaration of a state of calamity in Albay due to the Mayon Volcano s unrest.
