Man arrested in Benguet for allegedly raping his daughter four times

Published January 30, 2021, 11:55 AM LA TRINIDAD, Benguet – A man, who was accused by his own daughter of raping her four times last year, was arrested at his residence in Tuba, Benguet last Thursday, January 28. Benguet Provincial Police Office Director Col. Elmer Ragay identified the suspect as Legaspi Quinto Benayan, 52, a farmer, and a resident of Alangan,Taloy Sur, Tuba, Benguet. Ragay said Benayan was listed as No.2 Top Most Wanted Person in the province of Benguet for the first quarter of 2021. He said Benayan was facing charges of four counts of rape before the Regional Trial Court in La Trinidad, Benguet with no bail recommended.
