LINGAYEN, Pangasinan: Officials of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) in the Ilocos Region on Thursday distributed cash assistance to Pangasinan residents whose houses were blown down by Typhoon Egay.
This was among the “deficiencies” flagged by the Commission on Audit on Pampanga’s implementation of the DOLE’s one-time cash-for-work program called Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Displaced/Disadvantaged Workers.
