Article content The Chefs’ Table Society of B.C. (CTS) and Pacific Prawn Fishermen’s Association Spot Prawn Festival is back for 2021. The plan is a “deconstructed” COVID-19 friendly festival of the local, sustainable, and delicious B.C. spot prawn.
