That s according to the state government, whose spokesperson told the Protestant News Service epd the situation in Germany s other 15 states is similar. One reason for residents vaccine scepticism was not seeing any severe coronavirus cases in their surroundings, the spokesperson of the Lower Saxony s state reception authority (Landesaufnahmebehörde) said. A lack of general trust in the vaccines was another argument put forward.
