Job Purpose
The Protection Manager is responsible for managing and supervising Al-Ameens’ protection program activities, and provides leadership, direct management, and technical guidance to the Protection team and is accountable for the implementation of high-quality protection services through an integrated program approach and that the high-quality is achieved according to international standards. The Protection Manager will be extensively involved in internal (operation, support, and other sectors).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Project Management and implementation – protection monitoring, information dissemination, and individual protection assistance.
• Coordinate, plan, and monitor all protection related project activities, supervision of protection monitoring in an emergency context, including advocacy, individual protection assistance to individuals at heightened risks, service mapping, information dissemination activities,
