CALHOUN COUNTY, MI (WTVB) – A West Bloomfield man has been charged following a nearly three year investigation into alleged prostitution and drug activity at a pair of spas in Calhoun County.
Sheriff Steve Hinkley announced the charges against Stephen Hagerman who is the owner of Avenue Spa on East Michigan Avenue in Battle Creek as well as Highway Spa on Partello Road in Marengo Township which were the focus of the investigation.
