the congressman on before that said this could be bigger than madoff. got to put it in context. madoff was something like a 40, $50 billion rip-off ponzi scheme. they traced back and clawed back about half of that. so people a lot of people got what got some of their initial investment back or all of their initial investment back. not the gains. but some of it back. neil: is there any chance of that here, charlie? that s where it gets crazy. this is an eight billion i don t know. the numbers are all over the place. let s say a $5 billion of customer money missing. that none of it could come back. on a proportion scale, this is where it s bigger than madoff. remember, madoff was literally money in from people, money out from anybody that wanted to take their ill-gotten gains or gains
