It was update to 2011 report we had prepared for supervisor avalos, it covered some of the same topics, but it is different that we tried to focus on specific steps needed to be taken to establish a public bank. And then public efforts such as Property Assessed Clean Energy bonds have been stymied by the limitations that commercial banks have. So federal tax reform is going to get rid of the Community Investment act. And there goes tax credits and nonprofits and Banking Services for low income communities.
