Mutliflora rose tends to be a climbing shrub many homeowners try to eliminate from their gardens, but students at Westminster College found a different use for the invasive plant as part of their Environmental Studio cluster course this spring.

Students from one of Westminster College’s spring cluster courses, Environmental Studio, recently traveled to the Pittsburgh art gallery Contemporary Craft to observe the interdisciplinary nature of a food justice art exhibit.
Westminster College’s Center for the Environment will host an outdoor sustainability trail trick-or-treat event for the campus and the local community from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 28.
