KUALA LUMPUR, May 7 BMW Group Malaysia delivered over 2,500 vehicles from across the BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad brands in the first quarter of 2021, resulting in over 25 per cent growth compared to the same period last year.
Managing director Hans de Visser said the car maker also delivered over 500 units of electrified BMW and MINI vehicles during the quarter, thus recording a triple-digit growth of over 140 per cent.
Mercedes-EQ unveils the EQB electric SUV
Mercedes-EQ has unveiled the EQB all electric compact SUV. Available as a seven-seater, the new EQB offers space for many family constellations and a wide variety of transport needs.

The EQB s third row of will offer two additional individual seats, allowing those up to a height of 1.65m a comfortable amount of space. The car offers a boot space of 495 to 1,710 or 465 to 1,620 litres (figures for five- and seven-seaters respectively). Extensive safety features include extractable head restraints, seat belts with belt tensioners and force limiters on all outer seats and a side window airbag that also covers passengers in the third row. A total of up to four child seats can be fitted in rows two and three, plus one more in the front passenger seat. To increase luggage space, the third-row seats can be lowered flush into the load floor.
