Forward with the Public Safety power Shutoff Program where they made Power Transmission lines during certain climate conditions and weather conditions to decrease the ability of fires starting. As noted, the c. P. C. Approved this adoption of the guidelines for this as a preventive measure against imminent and significant fire risk. San francisco is consider add tier 1, which is the lowest risk for fire, but the transmission lines run through the east bay hills and up the peninsula. Those both are tier 2 and tier 3, which are higher risk areas. Turning off either side transmission lines, either south or east could lead to blackout conditions in San Francisco. This loss of power outage could be 24 hours and potentially longer. D. M. And other agencies have been taking steps to manage for the consequences of these potential power outages. Extraordinary. We are not simply dependent on the staff that work here, they are the engine that get it done. Why . It is more than the fact they get paid and get a pension. The culture they want be to work here, this is a productive and nice play to work. That is an environmental issue we hold the director responsible for. That is one of the objectives. It is more than just developing people. It is developing people in order to do what . It is beyond the issue of the mission statement. I am sorry i dont have words for it. This is a living document maybe in the next couple months we will come back and capture that. Federal subsidies were availability to fund the rest of the project. This should have been awhile ago. We should have been way ahead of where we are when it comes to Francis Scott key as a project. The ordinance proposed by supervisors fewer, peskin and haney and i. Affordable homes including educator housing created in partnership with teachers, with the Teachers Union to serve the actual needs of educators both in the San Francisco Unified School District and the city college of San Francisco. These educator Housing Units would be 80 i for those who earn 30 a. M. I. Some of the paraprofessionals only get parttime hours. It including everyone in the middle scale as we talk about middle range housing. It actually keeps us at income average of 100 a. M. I. The remaining 20 will be for educators earning up to 160 of a.
