We want to thank our guests and especially secretary sonny perdue who we will introduce in a minute. This is become one of the most talked about issues of the whole covid19 issue. It has to relate to the food supply. From the production to the processing to the distributing to the consumption. And how it affects farmers, how it affects processors and how it affects the average person and particularly the hungry. So we are delighted to be here. We can dove into every issue in great depth because of the time. But its a way to start the discussion and we think we will have an interesting time listening to this very important issue about feeding this country. Situation and perhaps program the fund at the end of 2020, when we have a much Bigger Picture and reflect this in the new midyear budget we plan to bring in june and the annual budget later this year. We have, however, in the meantime been engaging with key stakeholders, such as the sfmta, the department of Public Health, the Pedestrian Safety advisory committee, the bicycle advisory committee, and all of the variation advocate organizations and Community Groups on the guidelines for how the program might be structured and what the process would be for eligibility and the like. So again we look forward to bringing that all to you later this year. Turning to project delivery. Pleased to share, of course, that caltrans has made tremendous progress. Youve seen this in the news. They were able to accelerate this project by three months, during shelterinplace. First, we were asked we asked senator senate emeritus historian richie for his perspective on that time in American History. When we think of this time as we think of this time as demonstrations in the street. What is important is that leading u. S. Senators were siding with the end the war faction. They were doing it in a very cool and calm and rational and thoughtful way. This was a very Important Movement for the antiwar movement. That it was not just in the streets. You had not seen this before. What is your impression . Your first reaction to the tone of this thing . It is a very serious piece. These are very earnest men, who are both republicans and democrats, moderate and liberal. People who come to the conclusion that the United States should not be fighting in this war. The tragedy has mounted so much that they have to intervene to stop it. They are trying to use the legislative branch to bring the war to an end. In essence, creating a bit of a constitutional clash with the pr
