Was a young student named frank malina who came to texas and came out here to do his graduate work and got interested in rockets. Thinking that was something that was what the future was about. It was those days considered but rogers stuff, academics did not want to have anything to do with it. Frank had a mentor by the name of theodore von carmen who is originally from hungary.
