Program Team Manager
Girl Scouts of Oregon and Southwest Washington is seeking a
Program Team Manager to lead a team of program specialists and the delivery of high-quality Girl Scouts program activities to ensure all girls have an amazing Girl Scouts experience. The ideal candidate will be great at collaborating, building relationships, and bringing out the best in others.
What you’ll do
The Program Team Manager is responsible for managing the Program Liaison Specialist staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality program activities that provide girls with the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, which operate according to local and national policies, procedures, and standards. The Program Team Manager is also responsible for coordinating the program activity guide publication, managing large team events and projects, and vetting and establishing new program partners.
