Theres been a very large rise in the recent years about the importance of eating locally and eating more vegetarian style food and more vegetables. Michael pollan, many of you might have heard of, he wrote the omnivores dilemma as well as food rules. He had sort of a catch phrase that was very popular, which was eat food, not too much, mostly plants. And this is probably pretty good advice for those of us who are concerned about our health.
