CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga - A total of 55,784 qualified job seekers in Central Luzon have found local or overseas employment in the first six months of the year through the various programs offered by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), in partnership with the Public Employment Service Offices (PESOs) in the region. The figure marked a 93 percent placement rate out of the 59,983 applicants for local and overseas employment. In spite of this achievement, DOLE-3 Regional Director Geraldine Panlilio reminded all PESOs that "providing the best service means compliance with the rules."
