And this commission, the San Francisco Public Utilities commission is duty bound to preserve our resources and you are uniquely duty bound because you have jurisdiction over large areas where the city of county of San Francisco because at one time, we not only had jurisdiction over San Francisco but as far as palo alto, and i know some of you commissioners who in their day and age know about this and i hope the other commissioners are given an orientation about it, so in short, we are duty bound to look after our resources.
