On his return from the town of Dori, in the Sahel region, where he co-hosted a panel discussion on electoral corruption during the electoral campaign on November 22, 2020, award-wining investigative journalist and editor of
“Courrier Confidentiel”, Yacouba Ladji Bama was targeted when the vehicle in which he was travelling came under a gun attack, according to the journalist’s testimony.
