Sign Up An Aberdeen cancer charity has confirmed funding for a new device which will help tackle the rising numbers of men being diagnosed with prostate cancer. The disease has overtaken breast cancer as one of the biggest killers in the UK, with estimates that it could affect as many as one in eight men in the next 10-20 years.

There have been a number of cases of people taking photographs and videos of empty hospital corridors across the country to prove the situation is not as bad as reported. One recent incident saw Hannah Dean claim to be a ‘registered journalist’ online and filmed staff and took pictures of empty corridors at hospitals around Southern England to argue there was no ‘visual evidence’ of the coronavirus crisis. She has since been banned from visiting hospitals.
