The Thumb Regional Sobriety Court has maintained its mission to help improve the future of certain individuals caught in a loop of repetition in the criminal justice system, despite the challenges the pandemic has presented.
Huron County Chief Assistant Prosecutor David Wallace is one of the members on the TRSC team trying to curb recidivism and help people that need it.
“Not everyone is successful,” Wallace said. “We are all human beings. We can’t get them all but we can do better than we were.”
