yes. any objection? that is fine. we will order a report and probation information. people want to be heard on bail on this case? the standard bail on this case is $20,000 and i don t see any reason to deviate from that $20,000. the people would be asking the court to revoke the probation in the misdemeanor case and set bail at $20,000 if that case, i don t know if the court has the file but on october 16th of 2009 the judge extended probation in this case a year and the probation date of completion is august 11, 2011, so we will ask the court to revoke probation based on the new filing and set a hearing, the hearing i am assuming can follow the case. do you want to be heard? i indicate i did speak this morning with miss parker, the
